Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.95 per order and is free for orders over $110.  This excludes bulky items, and shipping to remote locations.  Where possible we use compostable, biodegradable, or recycled packaging.

At this stage, we only offer shipping within Australia.  We hope to be able to offer international shipping of most products in the near future.  If you are an international customer, you are welcome to enquire and we can look into options for shipping your desired product.  Please note that due to customs restrictions, some of our items have limited shipping locations.

All parcels dispatched from within Australia will be shipped with Australia post within 7 days of your order being placed.  We only ship several days a week as we are a small, home based business.

When your parcel has been sent, you will receive an email update with your tracking number – you can also find your tracking number on the orders page of your account.

Unfortunately, Black Cat Supply Co can not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.  Please do let us know if something goes wrong though, and we will do our best to assist.

Currently, we are unable to offer returns for change of mind.  You are still covered by rights under Australian law if your product is faulty or is damaged when it arrives.  Please contact orders@blackcatsupply.co for more details.
